At Herbrandston and Narberth Dental Health Practices we strive to provide dental care of a consistently high standard for all our patients.
To ensure ongoing high quality care:
- Trained staff ensure that patients are given all available treatment options with the opportunity to discuss personal preferences and requirements.
- We provide patients with written, costed, treatment plans based on our discussions so they can make a well-informed decision.
- We encourage patients to look after their oral health, understanding their treatment choices are based on varying priorities of cost, cosmetics and comfort.
- During your visit, we will ask you about your medical history and your current health, enabling us to take detailed notes on any medication or health conditions which may effect your treatment. This information helps us to treat you safely.
- We routinely screen patients for oral cancer as part of their dental examination.
- Patient safety and care is of the upmost importance. Our dentists follow a policy of preventative dentistry and believe in the value of regular examinations to minimise treatment in the future.
- Staff are trained and updated on all aspects of infection control, as well as keeping up-to-date with current thinking in all fields of general and specialist dentistry in line with guidance from the General Dental Council and Health Inspectorate Wales.
Our clinical staff are dedicated to maintaining the highest of standards whilst both meeting and exceeding the General Dental Council’s requirement for continuing professional education. Our Goal is to give patients confidence in our knowledge and skills.
We welcome patients’ views on the service we provide. We encourage patients to complete questionnaires or use our suggestion box, enabling us to review the services we offer. Our policy is to promptly address patient concerns whilst striving to improve the quality of care we can offer.

Herbrandston (and now including Narberth) have won the above prestigious independent Health Service review award consecutively for 7 years running (2016 being the latest). This award honours the top 2% of UK's Dental and Medical clinics in Customer service.
